SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We only ship within Canada and the United States. For U.S orders, please refer to the "International orders" section below. For a limited time, we are offering free Canadian domestic shipping with purchases over $50 CAD. This limited time offer applies only to standard ground shipping. Shipping promotions do not apply to orders shipped to Nunavut, Yukon and the Northwest Territories. Additional charges apply for express shipping. Effective December 07 , 2016, 12 am MST.
PROCESSING
Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday only. Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from the order date. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s), may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.

STANDARD SHIPPING
Standard delivery usually arrives within 5 - 12 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before 11:00 AM PST will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date.
Express shipping is not available for Nunavut, Yukon, and the Northwest Territories addresses.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Due to an overwhelming response from international customers, standard ground shipping is currently available for all international orders. Delivery is expected to arrive around 5 - 12 business days from shipped date, excluding holidays.
Free shipping is available for a limited time only on orders over $90 CAD. Please use code "freeshipint".
