If you’ve ever fantasized about fuller, longer lashes, and have been less than impressed with mascaras that clump, streak, smudge and claim to plump and lengthen your lashes, then lash extensions could be the long-awaited answer to your dreams.

Lash Extensions can transform your image and bring about a truly glamorous look in any woman. You will have a boost of confidence without having to put much effort into your look. You can maintain your regular activities, shower and sweat and not have to worry. Whether you are a 9-5 career woman on the go, or a stay at home mother who wants to look great without all the fuss, lash extensions will save you time in the mornings. CLASSIC EXTENSIONS

Classic application involves placing 1 lash extension per 1 natural lash. While the ratio is 1:1. Classic extensions emphasize a mascara look while maintaining a natural appearance.Perfect for clients aiming for a more "mascara" look.

VOLUME EXTENSIONS

Volume (Ranging from 2-8D) lashes are a new innovative way to apply eyelash extensions. This method involves applying 2-6 fine lash flares to one natural lash. Volume lashes can range in density and can go anywhere from natural fluff to dramatic. Choose either 2-3 (light) 4-6 (medium) or 6-8 (dramatic) dimensional lashes depending your occasion and lifestyle and personality. Perfect for clients aiming for a more fluffy look.

TYPES OF HAIR TO CHOOSE FROM:

At Lashes By Tea we carry Synthetic Silk and Mink Lashes. The type of eyelash extension hair utilized can be determined on the day of your appointment. The type of lash hair you choose for application does not effect the price.

SILK

Silk eyelash extensions are the softest version of synthetic extensions available. They are mid-weight, flexible and more durable than the traditional synthetic. Generally chosen over Mink because the extension holds the curl more and has a more shiny finish.

MINK

Mink eyelash extensions feel exactly like your own natural lashes. They are the most comfortable lashes to wear because they are so soft/flexible, and they bend/move with you. These extensions are essentially weightless and on average last a week longer than synthetic extensions.

If you have any of the following medical conditions or have recently completed an eye operation you are NOT a candidate for our eyelash services.

Cysts, styles/styes on the eyes, any eye infections
Watery eyes
Hypersensitivity of eyes or skin
Bells Palsy or any condition that makes opening or closing eyes difficult
Blepharitis
Skin trauma (cuts, abrasions, burns, scabbing) on the eyelid or around the eye area
Eczema or Rosacea on the eyelid or around the eye area
Keratitis

A doctors note will be required for clients who are post chemotherapy or have:

Any previous Eye Surgeries including Laser Corrective Eye Surgery (Lasik), Eyelifts, Blepharoplasty...etc.
Dry eye syndrome
Glaucoma
Demodex

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR EYELASH EXTENSIONS APPOINTMENT

Arrive with clean hair or shower prior to arrival. Eliminating any unnecessary contact with water or steam within the first 24 hours will insure that the bond between the semi permanent lashes and your natural lashes has enough time to properly set.
DO NOT curl your lashes on the day of your lash application. We need your eyelashes to be in the most natural and healthy state they can prior to your lash extension application. Please do not curl your eyelashes, or use any other manipulation on them the day of your appointment.
Remove any eye make up prior to arrival
Remove contact lenses. Your eyes will be closed during the application of your eyelash extensions, to avoid any discomfort, it is always suggested that contacts are removed allowing eyes to be comfortable in a natural and rested state.
Bring Eyeglasses with you so that we can measure the length of lashes. This will prevent your extensions from hitting your lenses.
Wear comfortable clothing. You will lay down for anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes (depending on the service selected) with dimmed lights and soft music during your eyelash application, comfortable clothes will allow you to make the most of this time to relax and be pampered.

EYELASH PERM AND TINT

Tired of using mascara but want the look without the hassle and maintenance of eyelash extensions? Eyelash Perm and Tint is perfect for you. Also known as an Lash Lift. By carefully applying our semi permanent lash lifting solution, our artists curl your natural lashes to suit your unique eye shape. Lashes are dramatically lengthened.

The lash lift is expected to last one lash cycle (12 weeks) with proper aftercare.
